I took the 3D2N package of Surabaya - Bromo/Cemorolowong - Ijen/Bondowoso. Overall, the arrangement with Andris Travel went very smooth and without hiccups. Pre-trip questions were answered promptly. Price is reasonable. Everything was prepared and coordinated well - hotel pickup and sendover to locations, transport, accommodation. I only had problem with the accommodation in Ijen.nnAlthough Andri wanted me to stay at a place closest to Ijen Crater, but the condition of room in Arabica Hostel is worse I've even been to (lots of bad reviews in internet, too, about this place). In the end, we had to return to Bondowoso (another 2hr drive) to get a better room. Andri helped a lot in securing the room at the very last minute. Pak Reza (the driver) has also been very helpful and took care of our welfare.nnApart from the bad Arabica Hostel in Ijen, the rest of the trip is great and I can recommend Andris Travel for those interested in exploring Bromo and Ijen (or other places in East Java).

We thank Andri, the Bromo Tour and Ijen Crater really can't be forgotten, the most we admire is when visiting the Ijen crater with sulfur miners who still use traditional tools and they take it from the center of the crater a distance of 1 meter up, hopefully their lives will be better, and once again thank you Andri for providing satisfying service and we will come back again, but we dont know when?
