Mane or Uncle is from Kampung Pancur, Sengah Temila. Pak Kasih was a Dayak West Borneo character who fought hard against the Dutch colonialists. Together with Bardan Nadi led the Free People's Movement (GERAM) attacks on the Netherlands. The army was not even reluctant to commit various attacks on the Dutch.nnAs a result of his resistance, the Dutch army (NICA), with the help of troops from Pontianak, was in pursuit of the GERAM Battlefield, and was the event that led to his death in the battle of Sidas.nThe battle is now known as the Battle of Sidas.nnIn the battle that occurred on October 29, 1946 he was killed along with 22 other fighters.
