Atm machine error report service only takes a long time, no report is made. The period has to go back and forth to the teller

Good service, ATM to deposit money already exists, without having to queue again at Teller, and can deposit cash even though the bank is closed / not open. But unfortunately when it takes a sudden deposit / suddenly when the middle of the night can not, added to the less good gift from securitynya

I do not know what the policy here is, it is clear that at 8 o'clock is not open yet and the customers are waiting outside. Setau me at 8 o'clock has started the service and if not yet start the service already there are customers come let alone many, are welcome to wait inside.nHad experienced the ATM run out of money during the long weekend (cash out on Saturday).nService is also not standard in my opinion ... hope it can be fixed again.
