Good Place. Location also nice, close to airport. Not so great with the parking spot. But still recommended

The hotel is okay, but i dont like the service. I booked the hotel H-1 and checked in after the check-in time which is 14.00. My expectation after i checked in was i could directly go to the room and took a rest. Yet they told me to wait because the non-smoking room wasnt ready, and suggesting me to take the smoking room. dissapointed with that.

I stay here for one night only. My consideration to stay in this hotel is the location and the price.nThe room is small but the cleanliness is good enough. Toilet is separated with the bathroom. The breakfast is decent, more than enough to start the activity.nRecommended if you want to have quick stay in Balikpapan.

The hotel was fine. My only concern is that the fence at the hallway to the room is not fully closed and children can fall if they are too close to fence. This can be happening if you are too focused on bringing your suitcase or anything and your child get to close to the fence..
