Very unprofessional in my opinion.nI put the laundry on Wednesday, the laundry employee said Friday it can be taken at a rate of 10 thousand / kg.nnI paid according to the laundry rules.nBut Friday noon was not finished and asked to be taken in the afternoon because he said that my clothes were missing.nnIndeed, on Wednesday I heard that two of his employees were asking each other about the client's laundry, it seemed they were confused because they forgot which laundry was placed for which client.nnIt turned out that it happened to me too with the reason that I did a lot of laundry.nWhen I asked for the laundry to be processed a little faster because the weather would be raining, my laundry was processed with the last clothes not put in the same plastic as the other plastic, the result was wet again (I was forced to come home in the rain because the process of handling my laundry was long).nnHopefully in the future it can be improved.
