This is the worst spa ever. In general Lombok doesn't have good massages but this place is an absolute disgrace. seriously if you're looking for a massage AVOID THIS PLACE. I went with a friend ( female) and we were given two male masseuse. They were really bad.. our of the 200+ massages I have had this has to be the worst one. AGAIN, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST !

I really loved the head and shoulders massage. Even if it was more back and shoulders. The massage beds could be more comfortable though.

I went to 3 spas and I would rate this one my least favourite. It was ok, but compared to the others it was $5000 more for most massages, the massage itself was not as enjoyable. The head and shoulder massage was really just a back massage. They massaged my head for barely 2 minutes. The people were friendly and the facility was nice.

This is my leg after going there for a traditional massage - I asked for hard pressure and woke up this morning with bruises all over my legs. Hard pressure - if you are a skilled and trained masseuse does not leave people looking like they have been punched. The massage itself was just lots of slapping, hard strokes with some work into knots. The leather (!?) massage beds are so uncomfortable my neck was in pain afterwards I just couldn't get comfortable. The towel on the bed had obviously not been changed and the cover on my back was soaked in oil from previous customers. I have traveled the world and had massages in many places and never looked like this the day after. The only good thing is the price but in my opinion you get what you pay for = untrained (nice) people who don't know what they are doing. Two stars as the staff were sweet.

I left the building very satisfied. I had both back and foot massage. They ask you if you want strong or medium massagen. They play nice relaxing music during the massage.
