Most of the times it’s okay. Although once we need to travel somewhere at 6pm and after 3 calls no taxi shows up and no warning or info is given from the company. Could be better.

Please avoid this company. If you want to go somewhere .I'm prefer grab!!!! 100%nnI have take the taxi from your company to domestic airport.nnThen he no.4109 use the meter.nnWhen we arrived he close the meter and ask me to pay for 200,000 vnd unless the meter show 120,000 vnd.nnWhat's the crazy !!!

My fare came to 490,000 dong, I handed over a 500,000 note. He did the quick switch and produced a 20,000 note saying I didn't give him enough, he said I only have him 20,000.nnI had been warned of this scam by rogue taxi drivers and did not expect it from this company. My advice to all is know what note you are handing anyone and don't be frightened by a confrontation.nnI shall be using Grab from here on. It's cheaper, quicker and you know the cost before getting in.

I was forced to give more money. I would never use Vinasun again.
