Mercure Manado Tateli Resort and Convention

Enjoyed my stay couple years back.nI am trying to contact the hotel for the pool however, the contact number given through google map hasnt able to got through.nIs there a phone number i can call to ask for the hotel facilities?

Spent a night for celebrating brother's birthday. Reception was very proffesional, check in was quick. Big thanks for Sunny and their team to arranged the birthday surprise.nRoom are big, comfy, and clean.nPool is awesome.nnWe enjoyed the stay very much.nThanks Mercure

The room is kinda not that clean.. a bit smelly.. maybe because they dont rinse their mop. They just use it in everyroom.nThe pillow a bit smelly as well... i think they must train their staff better, on how to clean the room and bathroom. The receptionist also sooo slow! Took a while just want to check in. Accor pls train ur staff! ud83dude2d

I had high expectation of this hotel and found out only disappointment. So, I spent one night here with my family, we booked 3 rooms but when checked in, only 2 rooms were ready, though we checked-in around at 3pm, 1 hour late from original check-in time. The other 1 room was ready around 1-2 hours later. When we went into our rooms, I was disappointed, the rooms are old, smell not good, the floor is a bit dirty, the bathroom also smell. They forgot to put towels in the bathroom, we need to call for asking. Also the food we order from room service is a bit pricey, I didn't mind to pay more if I got the nice room & service, the receptionist also forget to update the booking under my name so I can't get my Accor point rewards though she already took a picture of my membership card. Overall, I wasn't really enjoy my stay.

nice place to stay, comfortable... Beautiful sea view, nice room and satisfying service... And good food too... ud83dude06
