I had a bad experience here when I visited and had a need with one of the parts.n1. When entering there is no officer directing and helping park the vehicle. Finally we had to rotate to wait for an empty parking.n2. When reporting to the PP Satpol officer in front to explain our goals and ask where the section that we are going to, although friendly the officer does not give a clear answer.n3. When entering, even though there is a reception desk, there are no officers to receive and take note of guests.n4. After our business was finished, our car was trapped by another car and could not get out, when asking back to the PP police officers at the front post, they just answered they did not know without any clear direction or even intention to help.n5. We who initially had an appointment at another destination were forced to arrive late because of poor service to guests in this office.

The office complex consists of the office of the Padang Panjang City Secretariat, the office of the Regional Financial Management Agency and the Nagari Bank managing the regional treasury.

The place is strategic
