As a community, I am very disappointed with the service of employees at BNI KCP Belitang. This is because there is no coordination between security and CS employees which results in me not being served properly. Where security provides information that at 14.30 WIB, the service for transactions via CS has been closed. But when I waited for 2 hours, it turned out that CS explained that it was closed to serve operations. In which the operational closes are all services have been closed. This caused me to get wrong information at the start of the queue. I have complained to CS, but I was rejected and sent home. I can only hope that customer service will be prioritized in the future. This can be used as an example for the future. Thank you :)

tg 2 came g got the queue number. only serves 30 people (pre-employment account creation). the 3rd came before 9 o'clock, also no queues. ONLY SERVING 15 PEOPLE (making pre-employment accounts) also no queue numbers (making accounts not pre-employment). COMING TOMORROW (Friday).nnhow long does it take to create pre-employment accounts?na .......nb ......nc ......nd ......

Just a suggestion. . For services to customers who want to print proof and atm, taking queue no is not just for that day, sorry for those who are far back and forth always run out of queue no. Just make attendance and you can continue to schedule no queues the next day. Prospective customers are not only from around BK 10. Cook, I want to come at dawn just to take the queue no. Prospective customers are also not only men.
