Not bad at all for an old but maintained hotel.nThe equipments are well maintained.

Great place! It wasn't that crowded when I visited this place. It is not that big place but they do quite equipped. They will provide you hand towel, bath towel, locker and bathroom access, and also free refill water. The staff are friendly, they will help you a lot if you have needs including teach you about how to use gym equipments (if you ask them).nnIn Balance has treadmills, elliptical machines, leg press, chest press, dumbbells, lat pul bar, bikes, thigh adductor machine, etc.nnOne time visit will cost you around IDR 60k (Dec 2017). If you have a plan to visit gym regularly, they have monthly plan about IDR 350k (Dec 2017). I think they also have another packages you can choose from. But, I don't really pay attention, so I don't really know.nn(2018) the monthly plan is stayed the same. Except, the sauna was undermaintenanced. But, I think the employee said it should be done by end of December.
