I was trying to send money via their Western Union services. They keep on telling me that the signature is not the same. I already tried other Maybank branch in Kota Yogyakarta and WU in Kantor Pos Besar and they accepted it because it is the same. I will not use Maybank anymore since it is unruly that they denied transaction for they cannot verify me enough even I presented Kitas, npwp, bpjs.

The nearest Maybank branch on Magelang street, good. unfortunately still very small and there is no parking.
