Basically, colored balloons, which feel the urge to take off, are a nice decoration for parties. If there wasn't hydrogen instead of helium in the balloons, I would really like it too. So I have to say that it is a ticking time bomb and I can only wish that nothing happens to the owners and customers for a long time. Unfortunately, security is not prioritized here.
