Stayed here for almost a week. This place is hella comfortable, affordable, perfectly sanitized and spotless (seriously, it IS clean like, all the time!) and smells so damn nice, too!nnTheir service is also top notch, all the staffs were so friendly and kind to us. Highly recommended!

You won’t believe your taste buds.nnDo your strength training first and then go swimming.nSince the aerobic system is much more efficient in terms of generating ATP, weight training first is great because it allows you to get to the fat burning portion of the workout faster than if you had gone swimming first.nFocusing the majority of your energy on making improvements in the weight room, will result in better strength gains. Then after all the glycogen is depleted, swimming will result in a much higher percentage of fat being burned.

Best Hotel in its budgetnI like staying in this hotel. Nice Interior, Clean, Comfy and I get all with affordable price. It is centrally located in Medan. Staff are friendly and will guide you for anything from local travel to food. Easy to get taxi, near Plaza Medan Fair and also near medanese culinary.

Budget hotel to the rescue! Good ambience, clean room and strategic location. Sadly when I stay no elevator in this building, and I got room in 3rd floor, but the staff kindly offer me room in first floor (prego life). Gotta back when stay in Medan ud83dudc4d
