Love this Hotel. I spent a great night here. I love the ambience, the concept, the system, the facilities, etc. Unfortunately I don't try their food because i want to explore Medan culinary. But everything else is great. I reccommend you to spent your holiday or staycation here.nnThe room is clean. All the linen is fresh. And the most important thing, the bed is great. I did enjoy my sleep. Here is what they provide in the room:nBed, telephone, TV, wardrobe, shower, AC, Tea and coffee, water heater, and instead of providing bottled mineral water, they put a glass jar in every room and we can refill the water from the dispenser that put in the corridor to reduce plastic use, they also have mini chiller and a laundry basket if we need laundry service.nnOverall, it was a great experience. Love it. Keep it up!

Nice room, location access, friendly staff but very very poor on car parking lot spaces.

Eventough it is a 3 star hotel but the room are spacious and updated

Good size room and good amenities. The bed is comfortable as are the pillows, we had a great night sleeps in our entire stay in Medan.nnWhat makes it excellent was the staff. From the front office staff to housekeeping and security. Kevin, in particular stands out when he assisted us throughout the night when our friend collapsed and had a seizure. As we’re foreigners who do not speak the language, Kevin not only sent us to the hospital but stayed with us, acting as our translator and communicated with the nurses and doctors. Without Kevin, we would be at lost so thank you, Kevin!
