I can say it is better than my expectations. Location wise it is good and central. Very clean room, Very comfortable bed and pillow, following health protocol, and good amenities. My suggestion would be about bath towel condition and wifi connection stability.nOverall, I'm a happy customer...nnGreat job, Ibis Pattimura...

Nice room & service but I think it is not spacious enough to be a 3-stars hotel

I would say that this place worth the price, breakfast good, not that special but they taste good. There is swiming pool avaiable and kids play room. Small but at least they try to provide it. Which is nice. Please make sure to add more toys to your playground. As for now there is very limited toys avaiable. Room clean and confortable.

for a hotel this class, i think it does a pretty good job in providing a cozy urban staying. one thing should be addressed is the parking lot availability and access
