Good hotel when pandemic Corona

This is an old hotel but room cleaning is not through. The room that i stayed has dirty cupboard. I asked them to clean it and they only bring a wet towel to clean without bring a proper cleaning tools (no disinfectant and glass shiny spray). The kettle never been washed, u need to check it and asked them to cleaned it. They said they sanitized the room in their IG but I doubt it from the way they cleaned the cupboard . Bed and pillows was okay, the blanket too thin and has tiny hole. Air con was super cold so I need to turned it off. This hotel quite far from anywhere in walking distance but okay if u bring car. The liquid soap smelled like floor carbol. Front desk work efficiently and this is the only hotel that asked around 25 USD for deposit with this kind of service.

Cozy, but not maintained very well, as the sling in my door has broken.. and at that time there's an event going on there, and it seems there are no social distancing coordinated..

Need inprovement in restaurant to anticipate the covid contamination. I already teach and give a direction full to F&B Manager. Please improve soon, and see other restaurant did. You may learn from Santika Medan
