Had a pleasant experience at Willy Salon Mega Mall.nnAwesome hospitality by friendly manager Alwi and professional staff (Stylist and Assistant Stylist Tri). They are helpful, knowledgeable, accommodating. My hair was handled very carefully and they are willing to explain in detail.nnThe treatment is called ‘Permanent Blowdry’. Very satisfied with the result, my hair looks more healthy and the curl turns out to be very natural. (Refer to the photo attached)

The staff there are humble and polite. Had their service for colour, highlight , treatment and massage. Need improvement on the massage definately.. Colouri g and highlights are not up to my expectation. Rated based on their humbleness and politeness.

I had a scalp therapy yesterday and I was amazed with the service they provided. The lady attendant was so good, she even styled my hair after the treatment.The head and shoulder massage was superb.
