vietjetair Cancel flight but traveloka still sell tickets, so bad services , be so late to refund i never book flight on travel more

Really bad service, call center staff and manager very low understanding about customer service! Just promising again and again.....without deadline. Has no responsibility for customer’s trouble

Bad services, they are mistaken for putting wrong information in our flight Booking, and because of that we have to pay for the very expensive cost at the airport, after that, we try to contact them several times but they are the way too slow and not take any responsibility at all. Very very disappointed.

My family in Vietnam planned to have trip to South Korea around March,2020, and purchased Vietjet flight ticket through traveloka Vietnam .nnHowever COVID-19 spread out in Korea in late Feb so we couldn’t go. We asked for refund as soon as there was banned flights to be out or in Vietnam. As well as, the original airplane company which is Vietjet agreed to refund 100% the amount to their original customers . Travoloka Vietnam did not do same way and said will charge us 30% on total amount we paid. We understand that for service fees, so did they tell us. But it took so long for processing my case, they kept saying will be refund to our account within 3-4 months. But until now( 6months in total) Traveloka Vietnam just repaid some of the amount they are supposed to give back to us. They tended to avoid contact to us by call or mail or any information related to our case.nnAs a regular customer, I cannot believe Traveloka Vietnam gave us a fool. The reason I am writting this is that to warn any of you guys planning to have business with Traveloka Vietnam just pause and think about what will happen next to you. All you will loose is money and time, but over that Traveloka Corporation will loose their image of reputation to me from now on.

customer service really bad. The flight was cancelled by Vietjet air but Traveloka did not inform to me. After checking, Vietjet agree to refund full payment to me but the processing from Traveloka is much more longer and they did not provide good quality of service. They always said that I need to wait and they will reply as soon as possible. They take 8 hours to check the status of that flight which only take 30s for normal people to check it directly on the website? I will not use Traveloka anymore. Such a worst experience ever
