It is disappointing to discover the condition of the hotel (old and poor maintained hotel) which we were quite surprised with the big name of Marbella group owning a hotel with this condition.nnNot only the very poor condition of overall building, we had to ask to move room as it was old and spooky..well the room we eventually got was better eventhough the door is not working well, bed cover with blood mark, uncomfortable mattrase, leaking sink, broken card access door, and still using old tube TV (with very limited channel).nnWe should question the hotel star level (claimed as 4-5 star hotel) but no gym facility, dirty and poor maintained swimming pools makes the room rate is so overprice and not worth it.nnThe only good thing of this premise is the staff who is quite helpful and friendly.

Actually, loved the place, near from the beach for walking only took 5 minutes, have 2 option swim pool for guest, but need some improvement, maybe can put locker at security office that near from the beach, so the guest can feel safety if we bring some stuff to the beach, such as mobile phone or wallet.nnFor room, need improvement Wifi, since from the day that we come, the wifi is not connect at all, until we check out.nnThe staff, is nicely, fast response!

Great Hotel still in anyer. We so enjoyed our stay there and I hope to return. The beach is perfect, rooms was lovely WOW. The staff is wonderfuly patient and helpful . Wish I could of stayed longer - soon will be back

A little bit pricey for old hotel. The outside interior looks a bit scary but the inside is good. The room looks old fashioned, woody, has white and brown shades, but it was good to me. The room and the bathroom were clean also. The bed is cozy. From some rooms we can see the Krakatau over the sea. Nice view from balcony.

The beach is good, but the hotel is very classic. I hope the management is aware about the hotel
