I' stayed in junior suite no.100 best location...nice view from the terrace... Food in the restaurant not at its best, so friendly staff....bath room need up date, cleanliness need more attention.

The room is dirty and dusty.. the bathroom omg really bad.. just stay for 2 night and will not comeback here.

the worst hotel i’ve stayed in my entire life, the pictures they’re putting on the internet are far from reality. don’t expect too much from this hotel or you’ll disappointed

there is no manager in the hotel cos that was what the staff ( pak dedi , front office ) told us ,the manager went to another city .every complains they are just ignore it. in a low occupancy they will just give you instant noodles and sticky fried rice (which God may know what happen with their fried rice because its so gross and disgusting) plain porridge . the service is so bad for a place with 3 stars price (but they are just 1 star hotel) if you stay in this hotel you will know that you just waste your money (its expensive for a place with some craps) for a unresponsible hotel like this one.
