During my stay, for 3 night, no hot shower available, need more attention on room cleanness, not appropriate operator to clean the room

I think this is the only big hotel in South Banten. It's located in a busy juction in Pandeglang city. Formerly it was a local hotel then had changed become a Horison hotel branch. The staffs are helpful. There is a swimming pool and meeting rooms. They serve various menu in its restaurant, but in my opinion they have to upgrade the taste.
