Awesome location but campsites available were very exposed to full sun in 102 deg day. No showers, no water, outhouses only. The few trees were FULL of ants and for the little shade you are constantly rained ants from the tree.... Beautiful location next to the river and next to town

PROS: I t’s a beautiful campground in the Canyon right next to the river and access to paved trail that goes all the way to Moab and to Arches - perfect doe biking, rollerblading, skateboarding or just jogging or walking!nnCONS: unstable cell signal and strong winds that come out of nowhere! If you notice that the weather is getting cloudy and rainy - hunker down. We didn’t know about this and lost our screen room, our neighbors lost their awning :(

This used to be a great campground before they decided if you have anymore than one tent on the campsite you would have to pay an extra $21.98 each additional tent. Rediculous! So my kids can't have their play tent without being robbed of money which is hard to come by In a pandemic like this.

I was really happy with the campground. You can actually have a fire here which is nice if you are doing Dutch oven or tinfoil dinners. There are bathrooms there that are latrine style. The bathroom I used was pleasant. Just remember to be courteous and close the toilet lid. There are also picnic tables. It gets buggy at night so bring some spray. Since it sits in a canyon, the sun goes down early so you get some shade before the sun sets. I think it was great for the price!
