Poor service and sellers are not open about Pre Order progress information.nnMany people have complained about the open Pre Order 3sixty folding bike here because after a long wait the goods didn't come.nnIt was promised that the goods would come in 2 months, but it turned out that 5 months had not yet arrived.nnAsking for a refund is also difficult. There are even some customers who met Mrs. Ratna Surjani Prawiro as the owner of this business and there is no clarity regarding the progress of the Pre Order.

Agree with Judi Lesmana, very bad service, less informative and not open to delivery status, buyers who are always active asking questions.nnMaybe it's not really a fictitious shop, but with the promised delivery schedule as early as September then to Nov, the credibility of this company is very doubtful.nnAnother thing that is suspicious, only accepting contacts / being contacted via WhatsApp, no fixed line numbers, the website does not update and the display is just that, even knee-deep capital companies are not this bad.nnReceiving the money immediately ran away, the admin's answer was just copy and paste, everything was thrown at the boss who never immediately replied
