VIVA HOTEL KEDIRI

I had a wedding celebration at Viva Hotel Kediri,some points that need to pay more attention in the future:n1. Sales Marketing said it will be a Hotel staff who has responsible to stay handed out the food to the guests but in the fact none of hotel staff staying there till the event is finish. luckily I have a friend's who don't mind to replace the duty of the hotel staff.n2. The quality product of the food is mediocore.n3. Mostly the staff is friendly,just one staff who really piss me off, I asked him to help me carry the food to the car and he refuse to help.nnPlease kindly paying attention on your service.nnThank you,nnBest regards.

as a budget hotel, my staycation was good. with a 24 hours security, friendly staffs, clean rooms, AC, TV and lots of other good things. but, the hotel doesn't provide hot water or water heater but made a request to hotel's cafetaria. hot water is essential for me as i used to drink coffee and other hot drinks. so, three stars will be suffice i think.

nice hotel with affordable price, easy access to the city. Friendly staffs and also good meal.

Room space was just ok. Not too big but quiet tight

Did not stay. Advertised with bar but no alcohol. Staff were very helpful.
