The room is clean, neat and very functional. But that's not the strongest point of this hotel. I have experienced many hotels in many countries, and it is hard to top the hospitality of Four Points' staff. Once you stay in this hotel, you would want to stay again in your next visit to Surabaya. This is a hotel you can call home when you are in this city. Highly recommended!

the room, the breakfast, the facilities are meet the 4 star hotels standard, but the staff. You couldn't meet so warmhearted staff greet you and serve you like them in many hotels. It was felt like home !

My first experience to stay in this hotel with my family. It's a comfy place, luxury decoration, clean room, and friendly service. Recommended.
