Its definitely a Sheraton experiences and situated very close to Tunjungan Plaza. The lobby is spacious and the staff is very friendly. Tried the newly renovated room and you need to request for a working desk (if you need it). The room and bathroom are clean and the amount of lighting in the room is just right. The view is superb (level 28). The breakfast is great and lots of food varieties. Fantastic experience overall.

Hotel seem dated, but well maintained and clean. Hospitable and very enthusiast staff, esp the team for Bromo Cafe. Cant say they serve extremely wide selection of breakfast, but its more than enough. Stay 2 nights and have been having french toast 2 morning in a row. They serve french toast in thick cut just the way i love it plus i just cant say no as they offer it enthusiastically.

Clean and comfy room at the hotel. Breakfast is good as well. The room rate also at its best price. So.. next time will be there again
