Judging from the outside, I'm really quiet, I don't think anyone has come yet and it turns out that people are queuing at the back.nStill confused, the reason why can't just get the service, it's better.nnThe condition of the office is inadequate too.nThe condition of the building is really sad, garbage is everywhere and I happen to go to the toilet, I was shocked. The toilet swears in horror, really dirty. It's not worse, right, but this is realitynnFinally, the service officers are friendly and kind, but it would be nice to increase the number of officers because the number of queues is always booming every day, since all services are here at once, there is only one officer. And here has not implemented computerization that makes the length of service.nnI hope this suggestion can improve public services at SAT PJR Banjarbaru.nthank you

Announcement for those who don't know.nAs of November 21, 2018 there is no need to take the Card / Parent Number to the Banjarbaru PJR Office.nYou can go directly to the South Kalimantan Regional Police to arrange for Extension of License Plate Nopoly, mutation, return name etc.

Service is purely Manual, there is no computerization at all ... the number of counters is only 1, so it takes a long time for maintenance ... and the building which in my opinion is very worthy of renovation ... thank you

Suggestion: Improve the administration system, such as the use of manual data to a computerized database to speed up data searching, the exact time of starting officers on duty & the number of officers in multiplying, because it is not in accordance with the time needed by officers looking for manual data (operational hours & opening days) and the number people who ask to get a Master Number and also apply a queue number so as not to worry about the queue attendants whose data have been searched by officers. The waiting room is on the right track, very dirty trash scattered everywhere. Hopefully it can be realized and can be addressed as well as possible.

Prepare 2 sheets of photocopy, 2 sheets of photocopy and 2 pieces of color photocopy of the taker card.
