Where to start...nFirst of all DO NOT BOOK HERE, here is why.nWe paid for Deluxe room with balcony and we were given regular room on ground level (apparently balcony is same as yard, I guess only in this hotel). So we paid around 600k per night and got room that was around 350k/400k on their website. Money difference went where? With excuse its the same room, while here in online ad you even have photos of room AND balcony for deluxe with balcony...nRoom was also dirty, furniture had some stains, especially sofa (see my pictures).nToilet only had 1 paper roll and 1 towel for each of us?! So called 4 star hotel? Which this one is definitely not! I have seen 2 star hotels in Europe that are 2 levels above this one.nAlso toilet had really bad smell of moisture, it was so strong we had to use AC for entire night to cover the smell.nMy gf got sick because of it. When we complained, we got nothing except sorry.nHopefully you will read this before booking and not make same mistake we did.nBreakfast is also pure Asian, no western food.nnI would give it 0 is possible. Ripoff and joke.
