Nice hotel, the room was clean and comfort. The service was good, the staff were kind. This hotel located on Jendral Sudirman street, which is the business and office district in Makassar. It's near wisma Kalla, KFC Ratulangi, Mall Ratu Indah.

The hotel is very comfort. They practice zero plastic policy, so there is no more mineral bottles, but they provided you with free flow mineral water in dispenser located outsode the room. All sttafs are very friendly. Check in and check out process are seemles. No toiletaries available, so bring your own. One thing that probably I suggest to get cheaper price, book the room via OTA

proper health protocol...but some guest didn't really bother to even use mask.

I agree with some of the comments. Maintenance could be improved, even housekeeping could do with a few rules in place, but overall this is a nice place.nnThe Aircon works great, the views are good, the beds are exceptional, the lifts look great, the foyer area is a “wow” looks good, the staff are great.nnJust a few things that don’t work. I lifted the pillow to pull the sheets back and a long black curly hair was under the pillow. I know the sheets a newly put on but it gave that “dirty slept in” feeling. There are a few stains on the sheets, which feels like they either shouldn’t put them on or, soak them in something to bring them up nice and white. And there are a few water stains on the ceiling from a previous leaking aircon.nnMinor ... but, these are the things that stop a 5 star review.nnThe bathrooms are clever pod style things. Less cleaning, less maintenance, anti mould. Very nice.nnOverall though a well appointed little room for two. I have spent the last couple of nights in Monado.... this place is much better than where I have been, although they are only 2 stars each from me.this is a clear 4 ⭐ufe0f
