First I would like to say that the customer service at this florist is excellent. My first arrangement here was great, however the second arrangement did not meet expectations of a premium order. To the florists defense I did not give them a chance to fix the order as it was time sensitive for me. Overall, very friendly staff and one of the better florist in town.

Respectfully, I write back to your response in a different review because I was unable to respond back in the old one. yes you are absolutely right it was two different pictures that I wanted combined but you only did one picture decoration and it did not come out the same. The reason it took 5 months to respond is because I was deployed serving my country. I don't have all the time to think about this type of stuff this is simply me telling my personal experience. Communication goes both ways especially in retail considering I came about a week early for it to be ready. On busy days like valentines day people have places to be. If you would like please post the pictures go ahead I have pictures of the final product as well. People who wish to express their opinion will be met with this answer bellow. Thank you for your time but I will not be coming back.
