Fantastic florist. I love this 3rd generation local business. Highly recomended!!

I will be completely honest, I have never used this this florist and was not familiar with the business until yesterday. Last night a member of Joyce's staff came into the restaurant I work at. He said he has been at the shop for 14 years, which already says a lot about the business. He was so kind, patient, and GENEROUS with us servers who have really been struggling during this time and he did it all on behalf of Joyce Merck Florist. For this reason alone, they will absolutely have all my future floral business and recommendations. Thank you!!

I ordered a living plant for someone special in my life. The florist said it would have four colors of flowers in it. They made it 90% a green plant, with just a few tiny flowers! I wanted It to be much more colorful!! It looked absolutely nothing like the baskets on their website! Those baskets makes you think you'll get something similar! ud83dude21 On top of that, they didn't even sign my name on the card sent with it!! Unbelievable!! ud83dude29 Then they said I told them to take it to a side door, which is totally untrue! I never said anything like that at all! Gosh, their isn't even a side door on the house!! I'm very unhappy with the basket, the delivery, and with them not even signing the card so the person receiving the flowers would know who sent them! Good grief!! ud83dude20nI had heard good things about this florist in the past; so I gave them my business. But I certainly don't have anything good to say about them from my experience!

Received a basket of gorgeous blooms from friends. I have never seen anything so well done from a florist. Dense and fresh and planned so they continue to bloom! Very impressed.
