Hi there,nnI just wanted say how lovely it was shop at Mad Lilies today, it was a truly enjoyable retail experience. Your shop is beautiful and offers such a wonderful array homewares and stunning flowers, but it was the service and assistance I received today that made it such a unique experience. I was undecided as to go for a gift or flowers for my Mum and Dads Anniversary, and was uncertain what to chose. The lady helping me really made me feel as if nothing was too much trouble and made relevant, well-considered and thoughtful suggestions, resulting in a lovely, but very appropriate gift for them. It was even wrapped and packaged with care and attention to detail.nnWhat a change this was from the normal retail experience and was such a breath of fresh air. I went to an autumnal wreath making workshop at Mad Lilies, the class was fantastic with excellent quality blooms, an informative session on making the wreath and how to use, cut and treat the stems as well as a covid safe environment. Both ladies running this beautiful store were warm and welcoming. I will definitely be going back.

Mad Lilies sourced fresh stock for the orchid planter I wanted to send to my grieving friends in Surrey. I ordered from Australia and was so pleased to see a photo of the beautiful product that was delivered. Their customer service is outstanding and i recommend them very highly.
