I would like to personally thank harbour Bay and each and every one of their staff for being so accommodating for my grandmother's funeral. Melissa hand delivered our gorgeous flowers, even remembering that it was my birthday (an unrelated event) and brought me a cake to take away from the struggles of the day that I was having. Every single person in the establishment was accommodating to both myself and my family calling from other States. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and I highly suggest that you use them for any occasion.

8/17/2020.....went here for the first time. Just wanted a single red rose for my honey. It came out with some ferns and lavender babies breath. The rose had a wonderful fragrant smell and everything was so fresh. The gal that helped me was very nice and friendly. Reasonably priced. I'll be coming back here again. Try it, you'll like it!

I am so pleased with my purchase! I had called and spoke with the kindest woman and told her I needed help with a custom order. My grandmother lost her husband and she was alone at a facility, due to covid restrictions family visits were cut. I was heart broken when I couldn't visit, and being in a different state was even harder to cope. I knew I wanted to do something special for my sweet grandmother, so I searched florists near her area. I came across Harbour Bay and I called right away to see if I could have them make a custom arrangement for me. I had a great experience with the woman on the phone, she was accommodating and made my experience wonderful. She went above and beyond to to make sure what I was getting was to my expectations for my grandmother. I felt like I got a fist class customer service experience via telephone and the execution was extraordinary. Even more so, they were able to deliver the same day!!! That was so special!! I got a phone call from my grandmother and she was so happy with the arrangement! She told me in detail how amazing and beautiful it was. She also exclaimed to me that day she was feeling extra sad about my grandpa and needed a smile. Well, thanks to Harbour Bay Florist we were able to bring back that sweet smile my grandmother always has on her face! Words can't describe how appreciative I am to be giving the opportunity through flowers, to show how much I love my grandmother. The fact that Harbour Bay Florist gave me that extra special experience and filled all of our hearts through their expertise in floral design makes it even more special.
