I have been planning to propose to my girlfriend for months. I found out that her dad was coming in to town last minute and decided to do it tonight. I called to place my order for same-day pick up, and the staff was amazing! They had my flowers in less than 2 hours, and they're beautiful. I called and asked if they could throw together a quick small bouquet for a last minute wedding, that day. Nothing fancy just a pretty bouquet. Was told I needed to have a consultation @ $100 and that it was too short notice. Explained again, that I just wanted some flowers and the young girl repeated what she had said about the consultation. Frustrated, I hung up. Mind you, I had told her just something simple. So, trying to support our local businesses, I stopped in on my way to the wedding, figuring I could just get some single roses and put them together myself. Explained what I wanted and had to stop her from giving me the consult shpeal, telling her I wanted loose roses. Moving on, she kept grabbing roses that weren't all that pretty and I asked her to change those for better ones. She did put them together as I requested and I paid...$50 for 6 stems and baby's breath. Yikes. Not too happy. Anyway, message to owner..please make sure the young people you hire can understand a simple request.

Hired this place to create an arrangement worthy of a 50 year golden anniversary for my parents. The arrangement exceeded my expectations.nnThe dreaded COVID pandemic limited its public display since venues were canceled but those lucky few who gazed upon its beauty have been mesmerized and fixated for great amounts of time.nnWill hire this place again for other flower based situations.

Shout out to Rio Rancho Flowers & Things. We called last minute last night because 1-800-flowers canceled our order at 5pm yesterday for my grandmas funeral today. We called them freaking out and they made these amazing arrangements and had them ready for pick up by open at 10am. These are more than we could ever imagine, they are so unbelievably beautiful. Thank you so much Flowers & Things for doing this for my family last minute.

I walked in because the door was open. The sign said ring the bell if it’s locked. It wasn’t so I came in . I was told “wait there”, and then I was admonished for not reading the sign. If you don’t want the business, lock your door. If you want people to ring your bell, lock the door. You were so unbelievably rude I didn’t get my birthday flowers and walked out. You didn’t even bother to greet me for for coming in.nnThank you for showing me how mean and careless you are towards people here in Rio Rancho. I won’t be back.
