Toronto North / Cookstown KOA Holiday

Pretty good place to relax with family if you have rented the correct cottage. Super friendly staff who are willing to accommodate all requests from residents at all times. We forgot to take bed linen and they were kind enough to offer some of their own cleaned linen for us to use including blankets. I am sure the place is more vibrant if not for COVID-19. Will be visiting again next year.

We had a great time here. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the swimming pool. It was so great that we could bring our dogs with us so that we were able to go on a vacation. The only thing that we would've changed is that from our cabin we could see and hear Hwy 400. Other than that, everything was excellent!

Hospitality second to none. Awesome weekend at KOA yet again. Always such a relaxing weekend with amazing service. Thank you Matt & team!! See you next year!

I have stayed at KOA all across Canada and the USA. I have found them to be clean, safe and well staffed. This particular KOA gets a failing grade for me. Left 2 messages clearly indicating I would like to book a site with no call back. This is yet another business using Covid as an excuse to cut staff and not return calls. I actually drove to this site to speak with someone during their posted business hours and found the doors locked and no one to speak with. If you don't take care of your customers, someone else will.
