Brattleboro North KOA Journey

PHENOMENAL campground! Very family friendly (we have an 8- & 2-year old). Kat & Alan are amazing hosts; extremely friendly, attentive, and visible. The campground itself is well kept. Sites have plenty of room. Trees abound. We have been camping for years and this, by far, was one of the best camping experiences that we have had. I highly recommend this campground & would give it 10 stars if I could. If you go, you will not be disappointed!!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. Even the dog park was nice. My only complaint is that there seemed to be a significant fly problem. Not sure if people are dumping gray water onto ground, caps left off of sewer hook-ups, nearby farm - really don't know the true source. It was a constant battle keeping flies at bay in our camper.

Easy check-in procedure with plenty of COVID safety measures; owner couple are the operators and keep the campground clean and quiet. This location is close to everything we wanted to do (downtown Brattleboro, kayaks on the CT river). Small campground with generous pull-through sites - ours overlooked the Organic farm next door (which also had a great little market) and the camp store was great!

Good location. Not busy this time of year. Very nice bathrooms, but the showers are either Hot or Freezing.

Great campground stayed on site 26B loved it super clean!! Awesome staff!! Can't wait to camp there again. Only Disappointment reservations very difficult to get.
