Now I have never rated a casino before however I thought I probably should after my recent experience here. Now I should begin by saying I actually had quick a fantastic night here. Won a jackpot on the slots and had a really fun time for a few hours after and walked out absolutely even. I am removing the two stars for a couple of reasons. The first star The Hard Rock lost is due to our dealer on a blackjack table. The poor gentleman was quite friendly but clearly struggling when it came to counting cards. Now I’m all for equal opportunity however being able to do simple addition seems like a fairly important job requirement for a casino dealer. The second star that I have removed is due to the extremely poor attitude of a drink server. She was either just having a rough night or something else might have been wrong but her attitude was really not very appropriate especially after even giving her a couple dollars for a coke as a tip. In a casino I would expect that the service should be on point. Especially when people are literally giving thousands to the establishment. I will return to the Hard Rock because it still is a great casino, I just hope that some of these smaller issues might be resolved.

I enjoy the venue section and it's great to be able to do a bit of gambling on your way in or out. Also who can deny the buffet lol

Always a good time at hard Rock. Nice more happier staff in general and gets very busy on weekends. Brings a decent variety of people because of location. Minus one star because the baccarat squeeze tables are minimum $50 dollars whereas other casinos offer squeeze table starting at $25

Saw a concert there. Great facility nice, clean, functional. Dining area was decent, great tasting food and reasonable prices with quick friendly service. Casino was nice, security helpful and courteous. Thoroughly enjoyed all my time and experiences there, highly recommend.

Great night ! We had an event in the Asylum and the servers was very friendly and prompt. The casino was fun. The staff were funny and interactive with us.nGreat environment.nOnly complaint is there is no hotel ! Would have loved to stay there instead of hopping into a cab and heading some where else.
