Ma'am cs are not friendly, too strict with customers. The experience of wanting to make a bri account here (previously, I have also made a bri account in another unit) but was rejected outright because my nik was not integrated with the Ministry of Home Affairs web. Then to the results of disdukcapil my data has been updated. Then come again but still ditakak with reasons earlier nik. Finally surrendered, then came to the unit in Garuda and smoothly without the slightest obstacle, Ms. CS who was serving was also very friendly. The service at the branch office should be better than the unit or at least the same, but even worse.

Nyo-mano ATM if not empty must be damaged. if you want to take money to the ATM, there isn't enough 1 location of the ATM machine, definitely more ... end up, kid, go to Nian branch bank. Catek attention to customers who are far from the location of the bank or again on the way back ...
