Never got good service ... slow ... unfriendly ... good ... 1 customer to CS can take up to 1 hour ... very different from other banks ...

The service from the customer service staff is good and very solution, besides that the mas and his sister are friendly. Compared to the bri branch office near the RCA intersection, the service here is far more satisfying (even though the service standard should be the same). Have experience wanting to create a bri account, previously I've also made a bri account, in bri who were close to RCA were rejected outright because my nik was not integrated with the Ministry of Home Affairs web. Finally surrendered, then came to the unit here and thank God we could. Then finish the swallowed atm, hurry up and finish here.
