It's definitely a cheaper option than airplane, but please keep in mind that you need an exact plan when you're going to go. In peak season, i recommend you to at least arrive at the 6 am or less. You can get the first ship if you're lucky enough. Unfortunately, the room condition are in a bad state especially the toilets and waiting room.

The staff seems nice and actually follow order of arrival. However, I would not recomend you to take this instead of plane in crowded season. It will waste your time like a lot. take plane instead save your time.

You will not know exactly when you will depart and which ship will transport you. Its full of uncertainty. Especially at the high season, once upon a time we waited from 9 am to 5 pm to depart. The waiting room is spacious but not air conditioned, this port really doesn't make me feel comfortable. We chose to stay inside the car with the position of the car turned on in the queue. I think they do not anticipate when there will be a surge in passengers. Access to the port through the road is not smooth, besides, there are no online vehicles that can deliver to the port because the location is outside the service area

It take very long queue when peak season, access to the port is bad and the port is dirty, i suggest u take plane instead rather boat (if possible).

Its just enough.. bit hot. Not so many operators. Still they provide vital point. Go here as soon as the sun rise to get the best chance. Good luck
