Good food, nice view and fast wifi. The portions are big and the price good. Only thing is that it’s sometimes a bit hard to catch their attention.

Fantastic value for money. Good location in town, rooms are recently renovated and very comfortable, fan kept me cool at night and WiFi worked well.nDelicious breakfast the next morning cooked in the restaurant downstairs.nThe owner was very helpful in arranging a shared taxi for me and two others so it was much cheaper than hiring a private taxi and I was able to leave straight after my trek.nWish I could have stayed longer.

Muhdi is cool and the trekk in the jungle was really good. He has a good team around as we did the trekk with 2 others person than him. Regarding the breakfast... they have to learn how to make a porridge. There’s so many other places in Bukit Lawang that knows better how to make them. Anyways. Cool for trekking mainly. And transportation as well, cheaper than others!

Had an amazing time in Bukitlawang. Ida house hooks you up with best and most responsible guides for respecting the orangutans and not encouraging human dependence. The owner is very helpful and will assist in arranging your plans while in Bukitlawang.

Very nice guesthouse! Muhdi, the owner is awsome and super helpful! The rooms are super clean! I can also recommend their tour in the Jungle
