On June 15, 2007 HKBP Filadelfia bought land from Mrs. Sumiati. Filadelfia HKBP conveyed the land was purchased for church designation. The land is with the Certificate of Ownership No. 1491 dated September 26, 2007 issued by the Bekasi District BPN.
