unprofessional, today I have been back and forth to the bank 4 times I cannot do transactions because the server is offline, but when it is at 3:00 pm I am rejected raw by reason of the code has been replaced, and told to try another day, pdhl me get information from colleagues that they have successfully transacted at another BTN bank. I understand maybe I was rejected because I came 30 minutes before the bank was closed, but I also forced to come for 4 times on the same day, after all the transaction I would do was just paying the bill. Please be more responsible as an employee to serve customers. if you can't take responsibility for the tasks you have, don't be an employee, sir.
