Small housing located not far from Puskesmas Banguntapan 1 and Pasar Ngipik Baru. Inside there is a prayer room and security post. The traffic outside the housing complex is very busy because it connects Potorono Village and Baturetno Village. The road is not too big but is often used by large vehicles such as trucks. That is why the asphalt becomes easily damaged. This needs to be taken into account by agencies related to village and district government. If it rains, water from the housing also floods and stagnates on the road which is of course very disturbing to road users. Housing developers or residents should be responsible.
