RS Pondok Indah - Bintaro Jaya

This hospital is part of Pondok Indah Hospital group, with excellence service, high skilled doctors and complete facilities. The entire hospital is so clean and neat just like five star hotel. There are some coffee shops and a canteen here. ♿ friendly: provided wheel chair in the lobby, special toilet ♿, ramp from parking area to the lobby, ramp at the basement parking area to main building and ramp at drop off area too, big space of lift but no braille sign, wide parking lot but there is no ♿ parking.

Great service and health protocolud83dudc4dud83cudffb.. Wish I hadn’t postpone visiting a doctor because of the pandemic coz I actually felt safer here than in any other public place.

I was hospitalized here for 5 day, the room was cozy with great view but the nurses was lack of sufficient experience. I was failed for blood check almost everyday, and they have to call the senior nurse to take my blood after fail in stabbing right and left hand 2 times.... I think they need to have a good training or better only laboratory staff that taking care of the blood check not the nurses.. the food was bad, the taste too salty and didn't look good.. expensive hospital but everage service.... But the emergency was good, the staff was helpful and quick response...

This is comfortable hospital with high-end facility and of course more pricey than other hospital. So disappointing when I came there with appointment but turned out the doctor was on leave and hospital didn't contact me at all. They seemed like not believing me that I'm not contacted, where I'm more than willing to show them my log phone. I'm thinking twice to go there, or at least be more concern with doctor's schedule.

Quite pricey.nMy go to for any illness, complete list of facilities and doctors.nMy favorite thing about this hospital is they value your time highly. When you reserve a slot, actual appointment is always within that slot. Waiting time for medicine and payment is also short, where you need to take a queuing number after doctor's examination. A predictable less than 1 hour visit to the doctor.nCanteen is also solid, best bacang and many traditional snacks (again, quite pricey though).
