The security services are very good and friendly. But not for CS !! on behalf of Ari. I only served BCA this time like this. I often deliver or transact at other BCA branches or other banks. But, the first service is not friendly. speak disrespectfully and unfriendly. no smile and his face showed an impolite face! I want to do internet banking and he asked me in an unfriendly way from the beginning like I was interviewed with BOS, not a customer! and after waiting and he asked me a lot he was rejected for reasons that didn't make sense. It's OK for M banking, Internet banking or KeyBCA that is the customer's right! and very disappointed he said he was afraid of being misused. Is it right for a CS to talk to customers like that! can there be any other words or other rejections or smiling or whatever! How rude! as if the customer wants to be misused or whatever. indeed I want to be misused! how could I use my account incorrectly? it's not possible! Talk like a little kid who doesn't know anything! whatever you want to do, it's customer privacy! Customer rights! It is inappropriate for CS to say the word Fear to be misused! then he might be different in another branch. I blg, oh maybe I should just try later in my branch. instead he asked, where is the branch? Obviously my savings book, ID card and bank card are still in the hands of CS. the period can not be read or see the complete customer data! then I hurried away and CS didn't say anything until I stood up from sitting. usually there are other LGs that can be helped or thanks to the blah blah blah, sleepy face! Really no attitude!

I was disappointed this afternoon with his servant. Maybe it's my fault, the late arrival. To CS it feels like being rushed.nnInitially good, I want to open a new savings account, I can choose an account number, I have selected several number options. Eh, the last minute manager said it couldn't, sorry for other customers. What's wrong with another customer? They lie to me. I know it.
