BRAUD Cafe

Good, but not extraordinary it is a cafe and bakery. Breads are good, but the pastries (at least which I have tried) are not the best specially brownie was not acceptable it was too sweet. Blueberry cheesecake again was too sweet, but it was acceptable. Space is limited and sometimes it is not easy to find a seat.

Fantastic little bakery.. Reminds me of when I started my cafes. Only 4 months new this Cafe is packing a punch! Cozy great atmosphere and tasty pastries.nnService is excellent and attentive which is very refreshing. The owners are involved in daily operations which is going to get these guys noticed. It already shows in their operational practice and attention to detail.nnWe had a croissant, 2 flat whites and an almond croissant.nWe also bought half a loaf (yes we can buy just half a loaf.. This is customer service - giving the customer what they need before they need to ask!) of multi grain sourdough to take away which was excellent!!! Slabs of butter, tomatoe, avocado and peanut butter.. Not all together ud83dude02nnThe owners obviously have a hospitality quality background as there are many small things that shows the attention to detail such as polishing their cutlery properly; the standard you will expect when coming to Braud.nnThe coffee had a few issues when they first opened but they sorted that very quickly and it's pretty good now!nnThey are usually very busy so pick your time carefully or direct a bit of a wait.nnThese guys might be the new kids on the block but they are making some serious steps to burning a giant hole in the Bali Cafe scene!nn8/10

Absolutely incredible pastry! Almond croissant is nearly the best in Bali and brownie is super good! Soft, tender, deep chocolate taste, not too sweet... absolutely recommended place! ud83dude4fud83dudc9c

Delicious Chicken Gojuchang Burger! Generous portion for the chicken, the right amount of sauce, not over-powering, top bun was crispy on the outside and soft inside. Love the way they cook the potatoes! Will return to have the burger again. First time trying kouign-amann, so nothing to compared it to. Still like it, tho.nThe downsides are the watery long black, and slightly overly expensive for the infused water (by the jug).

We had an amazing breakfast at this cute and cozy cafe. Me and my partner tried different things and both were out of this world delicious. If you ever in the area make sure to pass by. Also a special thank you to the staff❤ufe0f
