I oder from grab one small taro milk and one big one rose pop, they call me to say they didn't had rose pop and I ask them to put another taro milk with the same specifications of the rose pop, just changing the flavor.nThey bring two small taro milk and they make me pay as if it was the big rose pop.nWhat is wrong with this people!? Is hard for them to understand English maybe but they get confuse with numbers too??? Omg... What a bad service!!!!

Good like all chatime. But sometimes takes long because of grabfood/gojek orders many drinks at once.nnOnce I ordered chatime milk tea with pudding as topping, but I think the pudding wasn't fresh, it was a bit sour. But never had problem with all other toppings :)

I was waiting almost half an hour for my regular milk tea without sugar. Honestly, with all the respect I would advise either hire more people or give some training, bcs this is not appropriate for the money you are paying. I could get some food faster and for the same price in the cafe nearby!
