Bank Permata Kerobokan

This branch is the worst!! I have been with permata for a long time. I rarely go inside, but each time I do there is always a big problem. So each time I go to the other permata branch and it's always smooth and they are polite and professional. This branch has no clue or idea about customer service, or how to appreciate their customers who hold their money in the bank. This branch needs a new manager who knows how to train the staff correctly and keep their customers happy. They are not doing us a service, we are doing them a service by letting them hold our money but they seem to forget this important fact.

Opened up a bank account as a foreigner and they really made things as easy as possible.nnOverall a good experience so far.

Not bad but far from great. You can open accounts here as a foreigner but their mobile banking app has serious flaws. Good to have others at other banks too as you might end up lost (e.g. while toping up electricity but you never get the sms token, etc.)

Good bank. You can open accounts only with your passport and the address of your hotel. The attention is very good.
